This friendly and relaxed class will introduce and explore the relationships between smells and our senses. We’ll discuss the ways smells can enhance our mood and help promote positive feelings; and look at the relationship between how the brain interprets smells and affects our memories and mood. You will also have the opportunity to make simple products using essential oils for home use.

Suitable for beginners, no experience needed.
