What is your refund policy?

We can only consider refunds 72 hours before the session takes place, any requests will be at the discretion of CAS and is therefore not guaranteed.

Do I bring my dog?

Yes! Our 1-2-1 workshops are for owner and dog to attend to learn and bond together.

Question 3

How long is the workshop?

Accepted Answer

The session lasts for 45 minutes. You may turn up up to 5 minutes before your booked time to help settle your dog in.

Question 4

Do I need to bring anything?

Accepted Answer

We suggest bringing toys and treats that will motivate your dog for training. We further recommend bringing a note pad and paper if you would like to take notes.

Can others attend the workshop with me?

Accepted Answer

If the dog has another trainer or care giver they are of course welcome to attend the session as well e.g spouse, sibling etc Whilst additional family members including children are welcome, we recommend suitability for school aged children only and they must be fully supervised at all times.

Question 6

My dog is reactive can I join the workshop?

Providing your dog is comfortable around new people and environments as it is a 1-2-1 workshop you can book onto the session. Did you know we also host a 'Understanding Dog Reactivity' talk here at the shelter. For more complex behaviour advice a behaviour 1-2-1 consultation would be better suited.
