As part of our ongoing Schedule 2 refresh project, we are currently reviewing the guidelines on the interpretation of Article 36 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999. We want to ensure the guidelines are clear, practical, and aligned with both industry needs and Jersey’s international obligations.
To support this work, we are inviting industry stakeholders to attend a series of drop-in sessions to share their experiences and feedback.
We’ve already made good progress in reviewing the current framework and identifying areas for improvement. These sessions are a chance to help us tailor the guidance to different types of financial services business.
Your input will help shape the revised guidelines, which we plan to formally consult on later this year.
