Interviews: Please select a 30 minute slot for your interview. Please ensure that you arrive on time. The main aim of the interview is to get to know your child and understand his or her goals. It will also help us decide which mentor you would be suited to working with. If you have two children that are applying, we recommend that you book two different time slots eg. 9.30am-10am as the first time slot and 10.30am-11am as the second time slot.
Information session: We're running two information sessions on the day. The first session will run from 12pm-1pm and this will be repeated at 3pm-4pm. Please try to make arrangements to arrive early or leave later so that you can join us for one of these sessions. Join us to find out more about who we are and why we started the programme. Meet our tutors and mentors and hear from our scholars to find out more about what they achieved through the programme.
What to prepare for the day: If you haven't done so already, we'd appreciate it if you could fill in the online application form. This gives us further information so we know more about you and we know what questions to ask you at your interview. The form should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete www.gtscholars.org/application-form.
What happens after the interview day? We'll go through your application form in more detail and give you further information on fees and any bursaries available to you. Your child will be invited to our scholar welcome day which is on Saturday November 19th. The first tuition session for this intake will be on Tuesday 22nd or Thursday 24th November, depending on the group that your child is assigned to. Please let us know on the interview day if you have a preferred tuition day.
