Is lunch provided?

Lunch is not provided, so please bring packed lunches.

Alternatively, food can be purchased from a range of outlets across our campuses. NB: We are a cash-free University and can only accept card payments.

Is there parking for our minibus?

Yes, subject to availability, we can offer parking for your minibus. You'll need to display a permit, so to ensure we send you one, please indicate on the booking form that you would like minibus parking.

Do you offer coach parking?

Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate coach parking on our campuses. However, Southampton City Council has a helpful guide for coach parking which can be found here: https://www.southampton.gov.uk/travel-transport/find-and-plan/find-parking/guidance/

Can you cover the cost of our travel?

Accepted Answer

For state schools and colleges, we are able to reimburse part of your cost of travel. Please contact us for more information.
