School Direct Information Events - Secondary Teaching

The Dunraven Training Partnership offers employment based training of the highest standard in conjunction with our primary and secondary school partners and our accrediting providers. Dunraven has a well established reputation for effective staff development and long-standing programmes for developing teachers, including traditional ITT routes, the Graduate Teacher programme and Teach First, as well as School Direct.

We are holding information events for those who are are considering applying for Secondary School Direct training placements for September 2017. At the information events you will:

• Find out more about training to teach in our vibrant and diverse secondary schools.

• Hear about the training experience from current and former trainees.

• Ask questions about the application process.

• See the school in action.

If you are interested in attending the information event, please register your details in advance. Please note that the event on 18 January 2017 will be after school, therefore you will not be able to see classes at that particular event.

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is no parking available on site. You can park on the surrounding streets to the school, although we strongly recommend travelling by public transport or walking if you live locally.
