Due to the high demand of our Family Swim Session, please only book 1 session per household per week. The week starts from Saturday - Friday.

• Please be mindful to book a ticket for each and every swimmer, as we are only allowed 40 swimmers in the pool for our weekday sessions. You do not need to book for spectators.

• Maximum tickets per household for each Family session are 5 tickets.

• Due to the COVID 19 restrictions this year, we ask you NOT to bring any visitors please. We really appreciate it .

• Non swimmers/spectators are allowed, but only 1 per swimmer.

• If you are not able to attend your booked session, please cancel your ticket on Eventbrite as soon as possible. To do this follow the instructions below;

1. Request a refund directly from your Eventbrite account

1. Log in to Eventbrite.
2. Go to "Tickets" in your account. Select the ticket you want a refund for.
3. Click "Request a refund".
4. Review your details and select a refund reason.
5. Select a refund method (FREE).
6. Click "Continue".
7. Review your details and click "Submit request"

The ticket/s become available immediately to others members. If you are not able to cancel via Eventbrite, or you want to amend your booking, please contact Holly Kearn at hollykearn@gmail.com or 07931 501765 .
