Ofsted Inspection Framework states that schools should have:

…a culture of safeguarding that supports effective arrangements to manage safe recruitment and allegations about adults who may be a risk to learners and vulnerable adults.

This is a practical and comprehensive training session which focuses on the tools and skills required to create a culture of Safer Recruitment in your school. It covers:

• Defining roles & responsibilities in the Safer Recruitment Process

• How to deter, reject and identify people who are unsuitable to work with children

• How to evidence the Safer Recruitment process including the Single Central Record and personnel files

• How to create and maintain a culture of Safer Recruitment in your setting

• Access to a Safer Recruitment Toolkit

This training will be delivered remotely via Zoom at a cost of £100 per person.

Upon completion of an assessment each delegate will receive a certificate.
