Bernadette Dancy PhD, Founder and Director of Stress Ed.®

Bernadette is a registered health coach (UKIHCA) certified in stress management, personal trainer and exercise referal specialist.

She has 15 years experiences working as a university lecturer in Health and Exercise teaching sport and exercise psychology, behaviour change, clinical exercise science.

She now works as a registered health coach and has 7 years experience coaching stressed and burntout individuals, executives and recreational athletes.

In her spare time Bernadette enjoys weight training, trail running and is particularly drawn to ultra endurance distances.
