Event description

Description

Explore our planet, moon, sun and solar system, see how they move and what we see in the sky. Then go star-spotting to discover the constellations as they will appear tonight and discover the stories behind them through the gods and heroes, myths and monsters from Ancient Greece.

*Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult - tickets are required for everyone attending the session*

Special Educational Needs – the Dome is a wonderful environment for those with special needs, but presentations may include flashing lights and loud noises so presenters should be notified of children we should be aware of (e.g. behavioural difficulties, autism or epilepsy) and our shows can be adapted accordingly. Those in wheelchairs can be accommodated, but this may reduce the Dome’s capacity – please notify us in advance.
