Scilly Swim Challenge 2017 - One Day

Is there an age limit to enter the event?

Minumum age 16.

When do I need to be on the Islands?

You will need to be on Scilly the day before the event. Registration is between 1200 & 1630 with an acclimatisation swim and safety briefing at 5.30. These are compulsory so please be at registration by 1630.

Is my registration transferrable?

If you are unable to join us but have a friend to take your place you can log into Eventbrite and change the name and contact details.

What is the cancellation policy?

The following refunds policy applies to all registrations:

Withdrawal prior to 31 January 2017 - 75% Refund
Withdrawal prior to 31 March 2017 - 50% Refund
Withdrawal prior to 30 June 2017 - 25% Refund
Withdrawal after 30 June 2017 - 0% Refund
We need to make our purchases for event merchandise/logistics and incur fees for any changes hence the need to reduce the refunds closer to the date.

For withdrawals prior 30th June you may defer to another year.
(Subject to the event being held again. You will have to pay the difference in cost if the alternative event is more expensive. No further refunds or deferrals are possible.)
