Ø Basic information about the spectrum of deafness and 4 key pillars: Deaf/BSL Users; Deafened; Deafblind; and Hard of Hearing.
Ø Basic data that can be applied to staffing and customer management.
Ø Communication tactics, access and reasonable adjustments to comply with equality/disability regulations and a human rights approach.
