Scorpion Grass is a new musical with music and lyrics by Archie with the book and lyrics by Nikki Racklin.

This performance marks the culmination of a 4 day workshop process, and while the staging will be basic, the heart of the piece - the story, the music and the performance- will be fully alive. It's an opportunity to experience the work in its early form and see how it might develop further with your insight and support.

Scorpion Grass is the story of a middle aged orthopedic surgeon (Nina) who is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. With the help of her family, Nina turns to music therapy to help unlock her most precious memory before it's too late. Will her husband Gus, an aspiring novelist, and Holly, their daughter about to go to university, cope with Nina's condition?
