Join us over Zoom to learn how to use your Android tablet or phone to access websites and online resources.
We will cover:
- Exploring the home screen
- Device controls
- Using Google Chrome for web browsing
- Saving useful websites as icons
- Autofill and bookmarking
- Taking screenshots
- Scanning and uploading documents
The workshop is held online via Zoom with an experienced Apple trainer and a member of staff from the Family Fund team.
Please note:
- This workshop is offered thanks to funding from the Scottish government and is intended for parents and carers who are living in Scotland.
- This is a friendly and informal workshop for parents and carers raising a disabled or seriously ill child or young person.
- You’ll need to have an Android tablet or phone to take part in the workshop activities.
- To keep your Android device free to use during the workshop, you will need to join the Zoom call on another device, such as a smartphone or laptop.
