Our Scotland South and East Regional Excellence Network will be hosting our next meeting on Thursday 30 October.
This virtual event will provide the opportunity to network and learn, bringing together health and care professionals working or with an interest in Parkinson's, to help improve Parkinson's services across the South and East of Scotland.
Key topics on the day will include:
- Assessing and managing apathy and anxiety
- Supporting your patient with progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP)
- Personal KinetiGraph (PKG) in clinical practice – the Fife experience
- Learn about Parkinson's UK's Tech Guide
- Reaching people with Parkinson’s on physical activity
- Working with people with Parkinson's to review our speech and language therapy service.
Due to the clinical nature of the content, our events are aimed at and open to UK-based health and care professionals working or with an interest in Parkinson's.
A Microsoft Teams meeting link will be shared closer to the event date.
We look forward to seeing you all there! If you have any queries or questions about the event, please email excellence@parkinsons.org.uk.
