About this event

Join us for our next networking to coincide with the launch of the brand new cyberQuarter at Abertay University, Dundee. This is our first in-person event in over 2 years so a great opportunity to finally meet those online contacts you have met through the lockdown years.
This Scotland Women In Cyber event is organised by ScotlandIS in collaboration with cyberQuarter.
Hear from Scotland Women In Cyber committee members Ciara Mitchell, Head of Cyber at ScotlandIS Cheryl Torano, Business Development Manager at the cyberQuarter and others speakers including:
Sarah Cunningham - Abertay Ethical Hacking graduate, now at Waterston's
Francesca Wise - NHS/NSS
There will also be live demonstrations from students and academics.
We're excited to see the cyberQuarter open - bringing together students, academics, and organisations to help solve global cybersecurity challenges. Funded by the UK Government and the Scottish Government through the Tay Cities Region Deal, the cyberQuarter is a cyber security research and development hub that will not only increase technical problem solving for industry, but also provide industry-academia interaction and collaboration.
