The event can be attended either in person at The Engine Shed in Stirling or online via Microsoft Teams. When booking your ticket, you can select your preferred mode of attendance.

How do I take part in One Minute Mayhem?

One Minute Mayhem is your opportunity to take the stage (virtually or in the room) for a maximum of 60 seconds to share your project, news or updates. If you are interested in taking part please email Cara Jones at Cara.Jones@archaeologists.net.

How do I select my workshop session?

Workshop sessions will run in parallel during both the morning and afternoon blocks, with options for both in-person and digital attendees. You’ll be able to select the session you'd like to attend when booking your ticket.

If you need to change your workshop selection, please contact the organisers as soon as possible to accommodate your request, depending on availability.

Will there be an opportunity to ask questions during the sessions?

Yes, there will be Q&A sessions following the talks and panel discussions where attendees can ask questions, either in-person or via the online chat if attending digitally.

As a digital attendee, how do I access the event?

You will receive a link to join the event via Microsoft Teams nearer the time. Make sure to check your email for the access details and instructions closer to the event date. There will be technical support available and information will be provided before and during the event.

Will catering be provided?

Yes, catering will be provided free of charge for in-person attendees. Please inform the organisers if you cannot attend after booking, so catering resources can be managed effectively.

Is there parking available at the venue?

There is no guest parking at the Engine Shed but there is a car park 350m away (£4 for a full day if paying at the machine and £4.40 if paying via the Ringo app) and a variety of public transport links nearby. More details on parking and transport links can be found on the venue’s website.

What accessibility features do you have?

The Engine Shed has step-free access and an accessible toilet. For more information on the venue, including transport links you can visit their website. We will have BSL interpretation throughout the day. Please let us know via the booking form if you have any additional requirements.
