Join us at the beautiful Engine Works in the West End of Glasgow for an educational, informative and fun filled day of workshops and talks, stalls and interactive sessions to help you understand and take more control of your whole body, your conditions and your future health.

With over 20 talks, interactive sessions and free health testing to include blood pressure monitoring, fat and muscle analysis and grip strength, this is a day you don't want to miss. We'll also have a bookable onsite bone scanner - over 50% of women will have osteoporosis by 50 - it doesn't have to be that way!

So, whether you're looking for support with Endometriosis, PCOS or PMDD, information on diet and nutrition, or how to improve your bone strength, your pelvic health or you want answers about your fertility, Bettii Presents has it all.

We’ll “cool the flames of Menopause” and help you understand health tracking with technology. We’ll talk heart and boobs and how to untangle your stress. We’ll deep dive into periods, talk about your rights at work and help you navigate the healthcare system.

Take part in Yoga with Soulful Sunday, Pilates, meditation, and hands-on wellness tasters such as accupressure. Enjoy pop-ups from Lush Glasgow and Waterstones, a healthy lunch, and pastries while connecting with likeminded women.

It’s a choose-your-own-day eventyou don’t have to stay all day. Book the talks and sessions that interest you, visit the stalls you want, get your blood pressure, body fat and muscle mass analysed and maybe even disappear into oblivion with a VR meditation headset.
