Is there any refreshments or snacks provided?

There will be unlimited tea/coffee and cold drinks along with a selection of snacks which are provided free of charge.

Is there a minimum age requirements to enter the careers event?

The minimum age is 14 years old, under 16's must be accompanied by an adult.

What's the refund policy?

Tickets are non-refundable.  

Is there a dress code?

No specific dress code for the event.

Will there be a shop to purchase Pilot Equipment?

Yes there will be a shop with pilot equipment available for sale.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either print the ticket and bring this along on the day or you can use the e-ticket on your phone. We require the QR code to gain entrance to the event on the day.

Will I be able to purchase tickets on the day at the event registration?

Last year the event was a complete sell out so we recommend securing your ticket early. 

Do I need to arrive at the event start time or can I attend later on during the day?

We strongly recommend arriving at the Seminar start time so that you can maximise opportunities to hear and speak to the airline representatives and exhibitors however you can arrive at anytime throughout the day.

I have applied for the ACS Flight Training Scholarship. Do I need to attend the event all day?

It is important to arrive at the seminar start time and bring your ticket. A member of the event staff will scan your ticket for entry and this will ensure your scholarship application is verified. The scholarship awards will be announced on the day.

The timetable for each speaker and presentation will be provided on the day. You will be provided with the timings on arrival at the event.
