The Productivity Club offers free support to businesses by providing a peer to peer network to exchange great ideas.

About this Event

Productivity Club Scotland is a forum for networking and peer-to-peer learning for businesses. We provide signposting to resources, and support our members to focus on continuous improvement and organisational capacity.

The aim of Productivity Talks is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss challenges and potential solutions, reflect on your own approach and understand the views of others. Our speakers will deliver short, to the point talks or case studies drawn from their own experience, which will be followed by discussion and time for questions.

Speaker profiles:

Steven Harris, Operations Director at Hydrasun

Steven joined Hydrasun in 2003 and took on the role of Operations Director in 2016. Before joining Hydrasun he worked within the Pharmaceutical industry where he developed extensive experience and expertise in delivering continuous improvement programmes, building his expertise in quality management and Lean Six Sigma.

David Massey, Managing Director of The Apprentice Store

The Apprentice Store is an IT services business based in Inverness that offers quality IT support, Microsoft 365, Web Develop and Digital Transformation services to small and micro businesses across the UK. They are unique in the IT sector as they operate as a social enterprise and create the opportunity for sustainable employment to young people who have been excluded from employment. Young people are at the core of the organisation with the being recognised in their Investors In Young People Gold accreditation along with being shortlisted in the British Chamber of Commerce Awards 2019 for Employer of the Year having won the Scottish region.
