About this event

Productivity Club Scotland is a forum for networking and peer-to-peer learning for businesses. We provide signposting to resources, and support our members to focus on continuous improvement and organisational capacity.

The aim of Productivity Talks is to provide you with an opportunity to discuss challenges and potential solutions, reflect on your own approach and understand the views of others. Our speakers will deliver short, to the point talks or case studies drawn from their own experience, which will be followed by discussion and time for questions.

Graham McWilliam – Managing Director of Glencraft (Aberdeen) Ltd and Glencraft LuxuryGraham is the Managing Director of Glencraft (Aberdeen) Ltd and Glencraft Luxury, having been appointed earlier in 2015.Glencraft were awarded the accolade of the Best Social Enterprise in the UK in 2015 as part of the UK Private Business Awards.A Corporate Banker by profession, he holds a BA (Hons) in Finance and is a Fellow of the CIOBS. He has over 35 years experience in all aspects of company management and business strategy within professional services and financial sectors. He has operated at Board level for a number of companies and is a former MD and founding director of an HR company.Graham is involved in a number of charitable organisations and is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Inverurie and a Past Chairman of Kids Out, a Rotary charity that helps 600 local and disadvantaged children. He was previously on the Board of SCARF, another local Social Enterprise.He is a Business Mentor with Scottish Enterprise / Scottish Chamber under their mentoring scheme and has also served on the Committee of both the Inverness and Aberdeen Chamber of Commerce.He has also served on the committee of The Garioch Sports Trust and is an approved running Coach via Scottish Athletics.He was nominated for EY Entrepreneur of The Year in 2018 as recognition for the innovative changes brought to Glencraft. Graham is also Regional Director of the Year 2019 and 2020 for Aberdeen and Grampian, recognised by the Institute of Directors in consecutive years. He was a finalist for Director of the Year – International, again via the IoD for 2020.Married to Linda, Graham has two daughters, Kirsten and Fiona.

Colin Lamb, Founder and Chief Explorer at Connect Three

Colin has always had a deep interest in people; how they think, act and feel. After studying at Art School and gaining years of experience of businesses all shapes and sizes he hatched the idea for Connect Three.

Shona Marshall, Client Development Director at Connect Three

Shona Marshall joined Connect Three in 2018 as an Associate and now also supports Colin and the Connect Three team in the role of Client Development Director. She now utilises her 20 years corporate experience and her genuine passion to make a difference to support individuals and business be the best they can be.
