Is it currently worthwhile investing in rural tourism self-catering accommodation in Scotland? Would you make more profit renting out for long-term rental market that short-term tourism accommodation?

Join us on Wednesday 10th September between 1pm and 2.30pm to discuss current profitability levels in rural self-catering accommodation in Scotland and to consider if now is the time to invest in further accommodation and if so, for long-term or short-term rental.

We will hear from case study businesses outlining their views and have time for discussion. Anyone with an interest in rural tourism or agritourism accommodation is welcome to attend.
