What time is the show open?
The show is on from Thursday 2 February until Sunday 5 February 2017. Opening times are 10am until 6pm, Thursday to Saturday, 10am until 5pm on Sunday.
How much are kid's tickets?
Children aged 16 and under are FREE to enter. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Are all exhibitors present every day?
All stands will be open every day from opening until closing time.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Parking is available at the large multi-storey car park located at the front of the SECC building. There are 1600 spaces within the car park and the address is 10 Stobcross Road, Glasgow, G3 8YW. There will be golf buggies on site to take visitors from the multi-storey car park to the main entrance, and return. The multi-storey car park has a height restriction of 1.9m. All oversized vehicles are advised to park in the car parks at the west of the SECC.
Motorhomes/Caravans can be parked in the overflow car parks however there are no facilities for electricity or water.
How much does parking cost?
The multi-storey car park at the SECC is operated by City Parking (Glasgow) LLP and parking charges will apply. http://www.secc.co.uk/attend/how-to-get-here/car/parking-at-the-secc.aspx The car parks to the west of the SECC will also be open. Parking charges are £4 up to 2 hours and thereafter £8 for up to 12 hours.
What are the best times to visit?
The show is open for four days, Thursday to Sunday allowing you to pick the most suitable time for your visit. Travel in and around the venue can be busy on the Saturday morning and we therefore would advise you to allow time for this.
Are dogs and other pets allowed in to the show?
Dogs are not permitted in to the venue. The only exceptions are guide dogs.
What disabled facilities are there?
The SECC main building has automatic doors at both East and West entrances. The Conference Centre has widened main entry doors, which a steward will be pleased to open for you. All halls in the main building are situated at ground level, and the upper levels of the Conference Centre, Loch Suite and Seminar Suite are all accessible by lift.
The Medical Centre has a limited number of wheelchairs that visitors may borrow for the duration of their visit. Wheelchairs are allocated on a first come, first served basis and can be booked the day before your visit. Please note that wheelchairs can only be borrowed for a day at a time. The medical team are happy to aide wheelchair users who require assistance getting to and from a location within the Centre (subject to availability), but wheelchairs should be picked up/dropped off at the Medical Centre. To book a wheelchair or for further information please call them on 0141 275 6333 or drop into the Medical Centre. Please be aware that wheelchair access in to most of the vehicles/holiday homes is restricted. This is due to the manufacturers being unable to provide these models for display at the show as many are made to order.
What should I do if I require medical assistance while at the venue?
If you require medical assistance, please inform a member of our stewarding team or any member of venue staff. First-aid and medical staff are available at all events and will be called to assist.
Is there an ATM/Cash Machine at the venue?
Yes Clydesdale Bank ATM facilities are available on the SECC complex.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
Yes there is a cloakroom located on the main concourse.
FAQs - Tickets/Registration
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
All tickets must be scanned to gain entry therefore please bring your print at home ticket to gain entry or have your ticket visible on your smart phone.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are valid for one day only and can be used for entry on any one day between Thursday 2 and Sunday 5 February 2017. Tickets cannot be refunded once purchased.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
