Event description

Description

You are invited to register your interest in Scotland’s first International Conference on Inclusive Growth, hosted by the Scottish Government, on Friday 20th October 2017.

Inclusive Growth is one of the Scottish Government’s key priorities for the economy as outlined in Scotland's Economic Strategy. It is about achieving a sustainable approach to economic growth that creates prosperity and opportunities for all, and where that growth is distributed more fairly across all people and parts of Scotland.

The conference will bring together a Scottish, UK and international audience to allow for the sharing of experience and best practice in progress towards Inclusive Growth, covering a range of topics such as economic growth and sustainability, insights from business, fair work, wellbeing, regional perspectives and place-based approaches to growth. So if you are a leader in either the public or private sector who wants to see your organisation contribute to shaping our Inclusive Growth agenda then this is a must attend event for you.

Speakers will include high profile international policy makers, academics, and business leaders.

Please note that there are limited places available and invitations to attend will be issued shortly after registration closes.
