The Scottish Public Information Forum (SPIF) will meet on the 26th of September to celebrate 20 years of FoISA by looking back at challenges and achievements and looking forward to opportunities and removing roadblocks to transparency, accountability and scrutiny. Everyone is welcome to attend.
