The Scottish-Slovenian Friendship Society is celebrating St Andrew’s Night this year with a unique online event to create new friendships and lighten everyone’s dark evenings.

Our virtual gatherings aim to bring Scots and Slovenes closer together through fun, games and other activities regardless of whether you are in Ljubljana or Larkhall.

We are delighted that at this year’s event we will be joined by the British Ambassador to Slovenia and the Slovenian Ambassadoro to the UK, as well as the Hon Consul General for Republic of Slovenia in Scotland and the representatives from other connecting societies.

It’s a great opportunity to learn a little more about the two great nations and the things we share.

Društvo Škotsko-slovenskega prijateljstva letos praznuje večer sv Andreja s posebnim spletnim dogodkom, kjer bomo razvijali nova prijateljstva in malo posvetlili temne zimske večere.

Naša digitalna srečanja povezujejo Škote in Slovence z zabavo, igrami in drugimi dejavnostmi, ne gelde na to ali ste v Ljubljani ali v Larkhall-u.

Veseli smo, da se nam bosta na letošnjem srečanju pridružile tudi Britanska veleposlanica v Sloveniji, Slovenska veleposlanica v Združenem kraljestvu, kakor tudi Častna generalna konzulka Republike Slovenije na Škotskem in predstavniki drugih povezovalnih društev.

To bo tudi odlična priložnost, da se naučimo še kaj novega o the dveh pomembnih narodih in stičnih točkah med njima.
