Eventbrite's fee is nonrefundable.
This is the most important SYG event of the year and we'd love to have you join us, be it in person in Glasgow or virtually!
About this event
The Scottish Young Greens 2022 AGM will be taking place 10:00-17:00, Saturday 9th July 2022 in Glasgow, at the Clyde Community Hall and virtually! 💚
You must be a member of the Scottish Greens, below the age of 30 years old and/or a student to attend this event.
This is a pay-what-you-can event. For those who are able to pay, the suggested amount is £4 in-person attendees and £1 for virtual attendees. For those who are able to pay more that's great but no pressure and everyone will have the same access and experince.
There will be support for those who have financial barriers, more information later in this form. We are working to make sure both types of attendees get the best possible experience. By joining virtually you won't miss out on opportunities to interact in sessions.
While this is your official ticket we also request that people register so that we can get a wee bit more information than Eventbrite allows.
Make sure to also register using this form: https://forms.gle/WGpRQWSZjvNomXS59
At this event we will:
1. Elect our new National Council, you can nominate yourself here: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdms2hkFzuTyPny1WoeUw2EfJ2SIKkzmek7ibPMKlgrZJLKiA/viewform
2. Vote on the new constitution proposed by the exciting Council.
3. Get insights and learn from some fantastic external organisations and internal experts in fringe sessions (more information will be released closer to the AGM)
4. Make friends, memories and feel the joy of bringing our SYG family together!
All relevant forms and documents can be found in the Slack channel and will also be emailed out before the AGM using the email you register with.
We want this AGM to be accessible to all! For those who live outside of Glasgow and those who may not be able to attend due to financial barriers, we will be creating a financial travel support scheme. More details will be announced in the next couple of weeks.
Your data will not be shared. It will only be accessed, when required for communication, by the prep-team and will not be used for any other purposes.
If you have any questions, our current Events & Fundraising Officer, Alyson, will happily respond via email: events.syg@scottishgreens.org.uk
