Come join us for a fun-filled afternoon of creativity and experimentation! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced animator, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to learn and improve their skills. This workshop will be led by artist-filmmakers Chris and Tom, who will guide you through the process of creating your own abstract film animation directly on old Super 8mm home movie (found footage) film using scratch and ink techniques. At the end of the session the film strips will be collected, spliced together, and sent off to a professional lab for digital frame scanning. Once digitised (turnaround times vary), you will receive a download link to the end results created by all participants. All material is copyright free for you to enjoy as you please.
