Each ticket gives you access to a deckchair and guaranteed entry to our Screen On The Green and x1 free popcorn upon arrival.

Please note the event is FREE and there is no need to purchase tickets to enter. This ticket is only if you want to hire a deck chair. Please find more info on www.wonderfulwgc.co.uk

In order to enter the deck chair seating area you will need to purchase one deck chair per person over 5 years of age.

Please note - Children under the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by an adult.

Each ticket gives you access to a deckchair for the selected film and guaranteed entry to our Screen On The Green.

Doors Open 1 hour prior to the films start time.

Please note deck chairs are allocated on a first come-first served basis, they are not numbered and some may have slightly restricted views due to the natural layout of the event space.

The deck chairs cannot be moved, they need to be kept in the deck chair zone. No other chairs are allowed in the zone other than wheelchairs.

Can we stay for the whole day?

With this being a FREE event, we anticipate it being very popular. After each film all cinema spectators will be asked to remove all their belongings and rubbish and will be asked to vacate the Green so that everyone gets a chance to enjoy the event. Can we bring our own refreshments?

YES - Please ensure that there is NO GLASS or SHARP OBJECTS. Please consider other film user's enjoyment when packing snacks. You don’t want to be that person rustling around throughout the film. we encourage spectators to buy refreshments, snacks and meals from our wonderful businesses.

Will there be refreshments?

Refreshments will be available from the Kiosk. A selections of drinks, snacks and sweets will be available. There will also be a selection of alcoholic beverages available to purchase.

Can you bring alcohol?

Adults over the age of 18 can bring alcohol. No GLASS bottles are permitted. Please ensure that you have ID on you if you are planning on bringing alcohol as you may be asked to present this when asked. Please ensure all rubbish is placed in bins provided or taken with you at the end of each film

Can we smoke or Vape?

NO - For everyone’s enjoyment and safety reasons the Screen on The Green is a NON- Smoking and non-vaping event.

Can we bring our own chairs?

Yes – Chairs are welcome but you will be asked to sit to the side or the back to avoid blocking other spectators views. Please note only hired deck chairs are allowed within our deck chair area.

Will there be disabled access?

Yes – The event is fully inclusive to everyone and we will do our best to accommodate any special requirements. Please contact us in advance by emailing marketing@welwyngarden.co.uk

Can we bring dogs?

NO! Unfortunately we are not allowing dogs in the Screen On The Screen event space. Assistance dogs will be allowed - Please speak to a member of our Screen On The Green team if you need any assistance on the day.

Are there toilets on-site?

NO -We do not want to restrict the view and space for spectators to enjoy the free community event, so there will be NO toilets available within the events area. Public toilets are available at Sainsbury's, The Howard Centre, Jonn Lewis & Partners.
