EVENT INFORMATION

• Gates will open at 6pm, with the screening expected to start at 8pm. Guests must enter between 6pm and 7:45pm. Re-entry is permitted between 7pm and 9:30pm.
• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18.
• Entry to the event will be via the Alnwick Castle and The Alnwick Garden entrance on Greenwell Road. The nearest post code for this location is NE66 1HB. The nearest What Three Words ///tributes.charging.physical.
• This is an outdoor event so please come prepared. You may want to check the weather forecast before setting off. Coats and warm clothing is recommended.
• You are welcome to bring low-backed chairs, cushions and rugs to sit on. No seating will be provided. Please do not bring umbrellas or tents as they can block the view for others and take considerably more space.
• Picnics are welcome however we have a strict no glass policy and we ask that you do not bring alcohol to this event.
• The site will be no smoking and no vaping.
• Catering arrangements will be announced closer to the event.
• Toilet facilities will be provided on site, including disabled and baby changing facilities.
• There will be no temporary storage facilities at this event.
• The event will continue in all but the most extreme weather conditions (such as heavy rain, strong winds or thunderstorms). We want people to enjoy the outdoors and the stunning backdrop we provide, therefore every effort will be made to keep the event on.
• If the weather conditions deteriorate during the event to a point of causing a risk to audience and/or staff, the venue may decide to cancel the remainder of the screening.
• If we have to cancel the event in advance we will notify you as soon as possible via the email used when booking.
• Please note for the health and safety of all bag searches will be taking place prior to entry of the event. Please see the list of prohibited items in our terms and conditions below. Your kind co-operation is much appreciated.
• Upon entry to the event each guest will be given a wristband which must be worn at all times. This wristband must be shown when exiting the event during the times we allow re-entry.

Terms & Conditions

1. Once booked, please check the details of your ticket(s) carefully. It is the responsibility of the individual booking tickets to ensure that each member of their party is aware of and understands these terms and conditions. There is no monetary value associated with tickets to this event. One ticket admits one person only.

2. You must produce a valid ticket (printed or on a mobile device) and some form of identification for this event to be permitted entry to the venue.

3. Only Guide and/or Assistance Dogs are permitted. Please bring the dog's 'Assistance Dogs (UK)' identification book (or appropriate international equivalent) with you.

4. All bags will be search prior to admission to this event. Prohibited item will be removed and disposed of prior to admission. Prohibited items that have been removed will not be stored for later collection.

• Flammable liquids in any container
• BBQ's, fire pits
• Drones

• Laser pens/pointers
• Knives, firearms or weapons of any kind
• Illegal drugs or substances
• Alcoholic beverages
• Projectiles (Frisbees, beach balls, football etc.)
• Fireworks, confetti or glitter bombs
• Use of wheeled footwear, skateboards
• Anything else which we deem to ruin the enjoyment or viewing experience of others.

*Exceptions will be made for those with medical requirements and/or additional needs, we ask that this is communicated to the venue ahead of the visit for ease of entry.

5. Professional audio, video or photographic recordings are not permitted at any time during the screening.

6. You should always check that the event is going ahead as scheduled on your ticket. The decision to change or cancel the event is the responsibility of Alnwick Castle. If we make a significant change to the event, Alnwick Castle will inform you via email and on our Facebook social media channel.

7. We will not refund any travel costs associated with cancellations.

8. Once booked, tickets cannot be exchanged.

9. If these terms are not complied with, we reserve the right to refuse entry or eject you and your party from the event.

10. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Modifications shall be effective immediately.
