VES London Logo Some important points about Sunday's VES London screening:

Please note the start time has changed. Arrive at the Science Museum main entrance from 6.30pm; the evening's programme must begin at 7.15pm sharp, so please ensure you arrive with sufficient time to check in and make the long walk to the cinema. As this event is overbooked, late arrivals risk disappointment.

To help you check in faster, please use the links below to load your ticket on your phone or print out a paper ticket with a barcode. Remember, everyone needs their own ticket.

The screening of Star Wars VII: The Force Awakens will be followed by a Q&A talk with visual effects supervisors Roger Guyett and Pat Tubach, special effects supervisor Chris Corbould and creature effects supervisor Neal Scanlan with moderation by VES Chair Mike Chambers (panelists subject to change).

You are invited to tweet your questions to #VESStarWars at any time for inclusion in the global Q&A.

We also have an exclusive screening of the first ever IMAX short film, Academy Award nominated More. With fantastic claymation and a melancholy soundtrack by New Order to explore the meaning of life and that which cannot be manufactured, this film remains ever a poignant tale of the creative fire.

The screening of More will be followed by a Q&A talk with director Mark Osborne. You are invited to ask your questions in the cinema or tweet them to #AskVESLondon at any time. Note that More's Q&A is a live feed from New York City exclusive to our screening in London.

Free WiFi is available by connecting to the Science Museum network and logging in using a web browser. Please log in before the evening begins to avoid disturbing others.

The concession outside the auditorium will have a selection of snacks, beer, wine and soft drinks available for purchase. It will remain open until 8.15pm.

The Science Museum would like to provide the best experience for guests in a wheelchair or requiring assistance. Please make yourself known to hello@ves.london and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Remember that all VES London events may be overbooked to compensate for no-shows, and entry is not guaranteed. Again, please arrive early to avoid disappointment.
