Day one will focus on an introduction to the role itself and pre-production.

Day Two
Day two will focus on working on set during production, as well as an overview of bieng a Script Supervisor in the industry.
Day two will cover:
- Recap: What have we preppared? Are we ready to shoot?
- Daily Progress Report
- Continuity Notes
- Editor’s Log
- Lining/Annotating your Script
- Axis of Action – What is it & why is it important?
- Clapperboard – What goes on it?
- Wrap – What do we do once the AD calls wrap on the day?
- Note Task – Complete notes for a shot
- Industry – A brief look at our role in the industry including BECTU, job hunting, training opportunities and pay

About Stu Laurie
Stu Laurie is a UK based Script Supervisor who began his career over 10 years ago as a Runner and Assistant Director before transitioning to Script Supervision. As a graduate of this course himself, Stu has worked on feature films such as All of Us Strangers and The Miracle Club, and TV series such as Silent Witness, Casualty, The Walk-In and Miss Austen. Alongside working as a Script Supervisor Stu is also a Script Supervisor mentor with Film London.
