Day 1 comprises three online lecture sessions on contemporary Russian language and linguistics, given by Dr Svetlana Bukreeva live from St Petersburg, Russia. Dr Bukreeva is Associate Professor in the Department of Philological Education, Leningrad Regional Institute of Education Development.
The day opens at 09.15 and ends at 15.00. Each session includes a 45-minute lecture, followed by Q&A. Lectures are entirely in Russian, and are supported by handouts where appropriate. Lecture sessions will be recorded and made available to participants for a limited period after the event.
