The Annual SCST National Update Meeting 2020
Friday 27th November 2020
2:00 - 5:00 p.m.
It is a great pleasure for me to tell you about the Annual SCST National Update meeting which, due to the COVID-19 pandemic will now be delivered virtually.
The unique situation we find ourselves in means that unfortunately we will not all be able to meet up and network in person as we would have planned. A virtual meeting will be a new experience for some of us but we hope that it will also make it more accessible to those that haven’t perhaps been able to join us in person in previous years.
We have some essential sessions designed to ensure that you are keeping abreast of national issues, as well as helping you to develop your own personal practice to the maximum potential.
Sessions include the Advanced Clinical Practice, Equivalence, Community Diagnostic Hubs and lessons that we can learn from other branches of healthcare science.
The event is FREE to all this year, although registration is required. CPD certificates will be available to all who register and attend.
On behalf SCST Council, I look forward to offering a warm virtual welcome to all cardiac scientists across the UK. It promises to be an exciting and unique National Update Meeting.
Very kind regards
Joanne Ashton
President of SCST - The Professional Body for Cardiac Scientists.
