Is this class beginner friendly?

Yes! This class is perfect for all levels as we will be giving options to change or alter movements to suit your needs.

We do prefer that you bring your own mat, however we will have spares where needed.

What all will the class involve?

A mixture of weighted exercises - 1.5kg/3kg dumbbells, pilates ball and bands. We always start with standing exercises before moving onto the mat. We incorporate the principles of pilates while adding in functional movements for the ultimate burn.
