SCVS Winter Third Sector Event

We invite third sector organisations in Swansea to join us online on the afternoon of Tuesday 9th December for our Winter third sector event.

The event will encompass the SCVS AGM, looking back at our work over the 2024-25 year, and we are also delighted to announce a special key-note speaker – Dr Irina Mirkina.

Dr Mirkina is a global leader in responsible AI, with two decades dedicated to using AI to help humanity. She will be leading us through the implications of using AI in the third sector, and the ethical and practical considerations your organisation needs to make before wide scale adoption. The event will also offer the opportunity to get to know your third sector Compact representatives, who represent the views of the local third sector to Swansea Council.

Please note: this event is free, and open to representatives of third sector organisations (voluntary / community groups, charities, CIOs, CICs, etc) that operate in the Swansea County area. Up to three representatives from each group are able to attend.
