Description

• What we'll do

This is an introduction class on SelfDefence MindSet Coaching. We will discover step by step how to perform well under pressure and what you can expect in future classes.
On this day the event is for free and open to non-members!

• What we'll NOT do

We will not learn any Martial Art techniques! We will USE WHAT WE GOT!


• What to bring

Please wear usual training clothes, bring water and a towel or small blanket to sit on and your gloves, groin guard and other protection items if you have such ones.

• Important to know

The venue is a bit rough to find.
Entrance is at the far right-hand side of Khan’s Bargains in Rye Lane (at the back of the telephone & suitcase shop, then up the stairs on the first floor). We start the CLASS sharp at 8.15pm! So rather be there at 8pm to get changed and register.
If you can´t make it on time, you will have to wait 15 minutes until 8.30pm to enter the room.
