Many companies are applying or are considering to apply service design. They have achieved great outcomes, gathered experiences and also encountered questions and problems. Nordea and SDN will host a second SD Business Meet Up on Nov. 9th to connect companies so they can share their insights and build on them.
Note: this is an event for company representatives and in-house service design people for peer networking.
SDN Finland and Nordea invite you!
We will deepen into the topics and aim at creating concrete examples and ideas of the topics that gathered most interest in our first SDN Business Meet Up in April, then hosted by Kone Corp. New and previous attendees are all welcome!

Service Design Network gGmbH
Service Design is crucial for all private and public organisations that want to innovate and improve their service strategies, offerings and the user experiences. The Service Design Network (SDN) is the platform to connect you with like-minded passionate service designers from companies, agencies and universities, and with curious innovators who embrace and apply this approach for the better of their organisations and for people.
The Service Design Network was initiated in 2004 by a group of ambitious and enthusiastic believers in the value of service design. In 2008 it was set up as a non-profit organisation acting as a forum for practitioners and academics to advance the nascent field of Service Design. Our purpose is to develop and strengthen the knowledge and expertise in the science and practise of innovation. The support of service design related networks, conferences, publications, workshops are some of the SDNs activities - but also lobbying on political and economical platforms is on the agenda of SDN.
