For this informal meeting, a topic we'll be discussing is Inclusive Learning in the Sector– exploring strategies for engaging SEND audiences, neurodivergent learners, and those with access needs in museums, heritage spaces and galleries.
We're encouraging those attending to:
- Introduce yourself and where you're based
- Give brief overview of what you do ( a couple of sentences is fine!)
- Share any experience you have of inclusive learning in museums/heritage spaces/galleries - what's worked and what hasn't?
If you don't want to introduce yourself/have anything specific to say on inclusive learning, please still pop by! We'd love to see you and say hello! This is just aimed to be a starting point for conversation, sharing and learning.
All working in museums, galleries and heritage, and museum learning within the South East are welcome to join.
