Welcome to the SE Regional Care Cooperative - Fostering Consultation event!
The South East RCC is exploring options to create an Independent Fostering Agency and as part of this we would like to invite you to join a co-design workshop in London on 11th September.
This is an early-stage opportunity to help shape what the IFA could potentially look like, ensuring that it can add value to the region and fit alongside existing services.
We’ll work through some short interactive discussions around the following topics:
- What is working well in your fostering services currently in terms of recruitment, retention and service delivery?
- Which profiles of children and young people you may be finding it harder to place in your fostering services?
- What types of services / specialisms do you feel are under-supplied currently and therefore could become a niche focus of the new IFA?
There are limited spaces at this session, so we are asking for no more than 2 representatives per organisation please.
