For our SEA Supper Club we will be exploring it with our expert supplier Capital Seafoods ltd and top English wine producer Hoffmann + Rathbone.
You won't find Capital Seafoods ltd on a website because they only work with restaurants they hand pick. They have an incredible dedication to sustainable British produce and work with restaurants such as Hix and J Sheeky. Joe from Capital seafoods will be in to talk about the challenges facing our waters and also giving lessons on Oyster shucking.
As well as diving deep into the sea we will be matching every course with wines from HOFFMANN & RATHBONE the amazing English wine producer as well as having our wine expert Matthew on hand to explain why these wines have been selected and what to look out for when choosing wines with your seafood.
The cost, including your drinks flight will be £50* payable on the eve.
