sea/film is a new group for Scarborough's creative community. we are bringing people together and screening a curated selection of experimental short films from Yorkshire and around the world.
sea/film 003 is In Transit - short films about travel, epic journeys and the joy of exploration. Why does movement matter? And is the simple passage of time really life's ultimate adventure?
We're thrilled to welcome sound designer and artist Nick Granville-Fall and British filmmaker Nick Cope for a special Q&A on our theme of In Transit. They're both travelling to Scarborough for sea/film and are looking forward to engaging with the seafilm community.

our vision? use film and culture to inspire new connections, conversation and community. sea/film will bring young and old generations together. How? We will try to support local filmmakers and people with hidden creativity by offering a platform for emerging talent.
