Free Beach Tots sessions for children up to age 4, come along and play, learn and discover our coastal wildlife.

This free, fun, weekly seashore session includes beach activities, games, crafts, stories, healthy snacks and a drink. Your toddler will have fun and experience nature. Using sensory activities we will explore textures, colours and shapes, comparing sandy beaches to rockpools, and the landmarks around us.

These weekly sessions are available for six weeks only, every Thursday, from 2nd May to 13th June 2024.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL. Tickets are only required for children.

All children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, and wear outdoor/weather suitable clothing and footwear.

Snacks, drinks and craft materials will be provided. Please let us know if any children have dietary requirements or allergies.

Durham Wildlife Trust's purpose is to protect wildlife and promote nature conservation in County Durham, the City of Sunderland and the boroughs of Gateshead, South Tyneside and Darlington.
