Seasonal Sanctuary - Finding Stillness Yoga & Meditation @ Tir Na Nog

This day retreat will be in two halves so you can come along for half a day or the full day.
In the morning there’ll be a yin posture practice where we gently hold postures to calm the mind and take the attention within. to complete the morning practice we’ll be finishing with a guided relaxation.
In the afternoon there'll be a relaxing yoga flow and we’ll be exploring meditation to connect to our inner self, leaving you calm and serene for the week ahead. There’ll be plenty of guidance whether you are new to meditation or have a regular practice.
Morning 10am-1pm / Afternoon 2pm-5pm
