Seasonal Strolls on Leith Links
Overview
Seasonal Strolls on and around Leith Links
Walks for the rest of 2025:
Thu 23rd October - We're heading along to Lochend Park to see what's happening at the pond. We visited a couple of times over the summer, and it will be good to see the changes since then. This walk will likely be a little longer, ending around 1:30pm.
Thu 6th November - We'll be out on Leith Links, with a couple of stop-offs at the orchard, and book box.
Thu 20th November - Restalrig Railway Path - a circular path that takes us round the old railway path, among the trees, passing by the allotments, and back down through the Links.
Thu 4th December - We'll be back out on Leith Links, and as it's the last walk of the year, after our usual hour walk, you're welcome to join us back in Duncan Place for a cuppa, cake, and chat, to toast a year of lovely walks.
- Leith Links, Restalrig Railway Path, and the paths to and from Lochend Park are generally flat and in a good condition for walking and wheeling. There are some inclines on the Restalrig Railway Path, however nothing too severe, and mostly at the start of that walk, and at a gradient.
- There's no cost to come along, just bring yourself.
- You don't have to book for these walks. You can just come along, however if you like getting reminders, you can book a free place for the walks here on Eventbrite.
- We'll be meeting in our car park 5 minutes beforehand. You can find us on Google Maps here > https://goo.gl/maps/oyPbvTaJafLNDUwFA
- If the weather is really bad on the day, we might call the walk off. Best way to find out if we'll still be out is to get in touch on the morning of the walk using the contact details below:
