We’re very excited to share the news that the Cowdry Estate will be in store at our Piccadilly address as part of our Kitchen Stories series. We will be joined by Jonathan Russell, CEO and Ben Jupp, Executive Chef Cowdray who will discuss the Cowdry Estate’s brand new book Seasons: A Taste of Cowdray.
Cowdray’s Farm Shop is known for its commitment to locally sourced, sustainable, and high-quality produce - and each chapter in the book follows the seasonal calendar, inviting you to cook in harmony with nature, with every recipe grounded in the Cowdray ethos of nourishment, simplicity, and seasonal beauty using carefully selected, flavoursome ingredients, including the Estate's prized wild venison.
Alongside the easy-to-follow yet delicious recipes, the cookbook offers a window into the workings of local producers such as Ed’s Veg, Nutbourne Tomatoes, and Slade Farm Asparagus, as well as produce directly from Cowdray’s 16,000 acre estate, including its wild venison, lamb, Wagyu and Aberdeen Angus beef, apples and honey.
