As part of University Mental Health Day, Ani Ritchie will be running two seated yoga sessions and a guided relaxation session. You can come along to just one of these sessions or come to all three and have a lovely relaxing hour!

12.00 - 12.15 - Introduction to seated yoga

12.20 - 12.35 - Seated yoga for stress/anxiety

12.40 - 12.55 - Guided relaxation

All staff and students are welcome to attend.

Please note that you will need to attend for the whole of each session to avoid disruption.
