A monthly wellness and social experience hosted by Pillar Wellbeing at Raffles London at The OWO.

The Second Sundays run club and brunch is a new monthly wellness and community gathering hosted by Pillar Wellbeing at Raffles London at The OWO. Designed to energise body and mind, the event begins with a guided group run through iconic London landmarks of central London, followed by a nutritious, seasonal brunch at Pillar Kitchen while listening to experts explore varied topics around Pillar’s core values of movement, nutrition and recovery. 

Led by Pillar’s expert coaches Matteo Massaini and Karina Patel, the run club will meet at Pillar Kitchen, the nutrition-led restaurant on the ground floor of Raffles London at The OWO. The runners will depart from Whitehall on an hour-long guided journey that explores the architectural and cultural sites surrounding Raffles London at The OWO, including Horse Guards Parade, Buckingham Palace and St James’s Park.

The group will then return to Pillar Kitchen to enjoy a brunch and panel discussion designed to nourish body and mind. At Pillar Kitchen, every plate is an expression of intention, a fusion of global culinary artistry and local, organic sourcing.⁠ Guests will enjoy a selection of seasonal dishes and drinks served family-style.

While guests refuel, Pillar CEO Harry Jameson will host a panel of health and fitness experts, for a discussion focusing on strength training and recovery for runners.
