The second year of teaching can be a daunting and challenging year: no more mentor; reduced non-contact time, and a feeling that you `should know’ by now.

Feedback tells us that colleagues value the opportunity to work together in a supportive climate of challenge to develop expertise and share good practice.

Sessions will be facilitated by Middle and Senior Leaders from George Abbot School.

All sessions start at 4pm and end at approx 5:15pm (Please note that sessions may be moved back to 4.15 if we move from Zoom back to Face to face in order to allow time for participants to get to the venue after their school day ends.)
