Join us for an enjoyable workshop in the beautiful Durham Dales, where you'll learn a uniquely desirable set of skills in a small group.
Price includes tea, coffee, and biscuits. You're welcome to bring your own lunch, or choose one of the many options available locally.
In just one short day, you'll learn:
several methods for achieving hypnotic states.
to improve your ability to relax . . . anytime, anywhere.
how to direct your mind to ease pain and tension.
how to program your unconscious mind to help you attain your goals.
to improve your ability to concentrate.
how hypnosis differs from mindfulness and meditation, and how to combine all three.
In addition to all the personal benefits, this workshop will help you take the first steps towards learning how to use hypnosis with groups and individuals. Further training in these areas will be available soon.
Although we'll cover some important theory, this will be a very practical course. You'll have a number of opportunities throughout the day to experience the benefits of self-hypnosis.
If you've never experienced hypnosis before, you'll find it to be a very familiar state - along the lines of daydreaming, or being absorbed in a book or film, but with the benefits of focus, and complete control. My students and one-to-one clients describe me as caring, gentle, encouraging, supportive, and someone they feel very comfortable around.
Why study with me? I've been part of the NLP community for over 25 years now, and have trained with a lot of high profile people - including John Grinder, Richard Bandler, Steve Gilligan, the Milton Erickson Foundation, Ernest Rossi, Robert Dilts, Judith DeLozier, Albert Ellis, and Tony Buzan.
I'm not just an NLP trainer. Far from it. I'm an active modeller and filmmaker. I also run a photography and photography training business. I have, at some point, had the usual experiences like running a hypnotherapy and life coaching practice, but decided that was only the beginning and there was so much more to explore, and apply this incredible technology to.
The workshop will be held in the Durham Dales Centre, in Stanhope - a quiet country town, steeped in history - and you'll have access to part of the Castle Gardens. We're also very close to the river, and many, many other inviting locations.
Advance booking only, please. I need to know who to expect, and how many. I also need a commitment from you, to attend the session and practise the techniques.
Book now, and be part of something REALLY special!
